Ackroyd’s Mealie Pudding

A traditional blend of steel-cut oats, onions, and suet hand-stuffed in a natural casing. Along side black pudding, mealie pudding is necessary for a full Scottish breakfast. We recommend frying mealie pudding in butter just before serving.
